1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels and SDKs. In this Policy we call them all "cookies." Cookies set by Vouchstone are first-party cookies; cookies set by other companies through our site are third-party cookies. Session cookies expire when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them.
2. How We Use Cookies
We group cookies into the categories below. We place only strictly necessary cookies by default. Other categories are used only if you allow them through our cookie banner or cookie settings, or, where the law permits an opt-out model, until you opt out.

Vouchstone does not currently use marketing cookies. If we introduce them, we will update this Policy and request consent where required before using them.
3. Third-Party Content
Some pages embed content from third parties, such as scheduling widgets, GitHub links or video players. These providers may set their own cookies when you interact with their content, under their own privacy policies. We load embedded third-party content only when it is needed for the feature you are using.
4. Your Choices
- Cookie banner and settings. When you first visit, you can accept all, reject all non-essential cookies, or choose by category. You can change your choice at any time — .
- Global Privacy Control. We treat a GPC signal from your browser as a request to opt out of non-essential cookies.
- Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop you from signing in or using the platform.
- Do Not Track. There is no common standard for Do Not Track signals, so we rely on GPC and your cookie settings instead.
5. Cookies in the Hosted Platform
Inside the authenticated Vouchstone platform we use only strictly necessary and functional cookies needed to keep you signed in, secure your session and remember your settings. We do not use advertising cookies inside the platform. Self-hosted deployments set cookies only on the customer's own domain, under the customer's control.
